PRICES
Prices are based on a 7 night stay.  Extra or fewer nights may be available on request (charged on a pro rata basis). Stays of 5 nights or less are subject to a cleaning charge of £50 / $80.

The prices quoted are for the villa per week, not per person.  It does not include pool heating which can be paid when booking or locally if required. Prices do not include flights, car hire, insurance or transfers.

All prices quoted are full inclusive of local taxes.

RESERVATIONS
To book, please send a non-refundable deposit of £125 / $200 per week (plus cost of pool heater if required) together with a completed printable booking form (view terms & conditions).

We accept payment by $ or £ cheque or by way of a credit card.

On receipt of your deposit and bank clearance we will issue a confirmation. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

POOL HEATING FEES
Pool heat is advisable outside of the summer months (November - April) and is payable at:

£70 per week / £10 per day
$120 per week / $17 per day  if arranged at the same time as your booking.

* If you prefer Spa to be heated independently at a charge of £25/$45 per week, this should be requested at the time of booking.

If arranged in Florida the price is $25 per day.
