Price periods are charged on a pro rata basis.

PRICES STATED ARE PER WEEK

PRICES
Prices are based on a 7 night stay.  Extra or fewer nights may be available on request (charged on a pro rata basis). Stays of 5 nights or less are subject to a cleaning charge of £50 / $80.

The prices quoted are for the villa per week, not per person.  It does not include pool heating which can be paid when booking or locally if required. Prices do not include flights, car hire, insurance or transfers.

All prices quoted are full inclusive of local taxes.

RESERVATIONS
To book, please send a non-refundable deposit of £125 / $200 per week (plus cost of pool heater if required) together with a completed printable booking form.

We accept payment by $ or £ cheque or by way of a credit card.

On receipt of your deposit and bank clearance we will issue a confirmation. The balance is due two calendar months prior to departure.

POOL HEATING FEES
Pool heat is advisable outside of the summer months (November - April) and is payable at: 

pool heat £80. $135. per week.
spa heat £35. $60. per week
